Non-Physical Work Environment, Career Development, and Work Motivation on Employee Performance

Employee performance (EP) is one of the supporting factors in improving quality tertiary institutions to support services academic community. The phenomena this study are employee dissatisfaction triggered by inadequate non-physical work environment policies, unclear opportunities for career development, and low levels motivation which affect effectiveness. To what extend (NP), WM on EPer interrelated? A few researchers have explored such relation, especially scope higher education, however, it inadequate. This uses different types data, qualitative quantitative, whereas sample population comprised civil servants echelon III IV at Hasanuddin University with a total 120 respondents. As data analyses method, multiple linear regression implemented. findings showed that NP variables, significant effect EPer. These indicate development has dominant results contribute theory practice areas psychology human resources management.
